High Protein Peanut Butter
Brownie Batter Recipe

If you have been following me for a while, you know this recipe has been a taychayy staple for many many years lol. This edible brownie batter is one of my all time favorite sweet treats to make at home and is something I made a ton when I was body building and tracking macros. All together, this recipe has 25g carbs, 5g fats, and 31g protein. So if you are someone who tracks macros this is a great recipe for you!!

I use the 1st Phorm protein in mine and it is so freaking yummy. Their protein is super high quality and they have some really yummy flavors to choose from. Plus, I like to use their vegan protein and it isn’t chalky or clumpy at all which is always so hard to find in a vegan protein. (I was out of the vegan protein, so I used their Phormula-1 whey protein this time around!).

Enough about protein, let’s get into the recipe…

Ingredients:

  • 1 full scoop of 1st phorm chocolate protein

  • 3 tbsp PB2 powder

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 3 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

  • 2 tsp stevia

  • 1 cup Almond milk 1 cup

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

2. Add 1 cup of milk a little at a time and mix until you have the desired consistency

3. Enjoy!!!

It's as easy as that!! You can also keep it refrigerated and enjoy cooled. I can’t wait for you all to give this recipe a try and hear what you think!!

Happy mixing!

XOXO,

Tay
